45mm Plush Looped Elastic
A 45mm plush looped waistband elastic. This is being sold by either the metre (multiple lengths will be sent as one continuous length) or by the full 10m reel.
The tape is 45mm wide overall and is made up of 90% polyester and 10% spandex.
