Organic Double Gauze – GOTS Muslin Solids – Light Yellow
We have expanded our growing range of organic fabrics with these super soft cotton double gauze. All these plains are certified GOTS and Oeko-Tex Class 1. They are lovely quality and really nice to work with. We have a wide range of colours to choose from.
Double gauze is a soft, lightweight, and slightly airy fabric. It is made from two thin and loosely woven layers of cotton that are basted together. These stitches form a subtle grid over the entire fabric that can hardly be seen from the right side. Because there are two layers woven together, the fabric has a nice weight and feels substantial. Double gauze makes beautiful blouses, dresses, skirts, and it is great for a quick easy scarf project.
We have quite a few different plain collections and some of the fabrics and haberdashery that will share the same colour name. This doesn’t mean that they will necessarily match exactly each other. If you need a perfect match then please check with us first.
